At Wanjiru's Farm & Apothecary, Ailisha grows food and medicine with love, intention, and respect for the land. Based in Elgin, Texas, her small farm is rooted in the belief that nourished communities begin with healthy soil, meaningful relationships, and reciprocal care. A participant in Austin Community College's Farm Incubator Program, Ailisha cultivates seasonal vegetables alongside medicinal herbs that she transforms into teas, tinctures, and other botanical offerings. Her approach centers on nourishing both people and place, taking the time to build soil health, restore ecological balance, and grow in partnership with the rhythms of nature. Through Wanjiru's Farm & Apothecary, Ailisha invites her community to reconnect with the land, embrace seasonal living, and experience the healing power of food and plants grown with intention.
