Katerina has a background in nutrition and holistic health. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Previously, she worked for a public health survey, where she was able to travel the country interviewing people about what they ate.

 

Her passion has grown to see the value in organic farming, both for the health of the soil and the health of the human body.
