Misty-Eyed Farm is the heart project of Adachi, Prisilla, and Maya.

 

We are a trio of first generation BIPOC farmers; our stories are rooted in migration and distinct diasporas - Nigeria, Mexico and El Salvador - with our feet firmly planted in Central Texas. All three of us are graduates of Farmshare Austin’s Farmer Starter program, which provided us with a framework in sustainable agriculture, farm business planning and organic production. 

 

We grow high quality, beautiful flowers for our Austin area community.Through our flowers, we nurture the land that we tend, help cultivate the world we want to see, and plant hope for ourselves while honoring past and future generations. We believe in the life-affirming medicine of flowers and we affirm that beauty and joy belong to us all and is intertwined with communal healing.
