Noaam grew up spending summers helping her grandparents on their farm. However, she found her own passion for farming slowly throughout her time in college studying biochemistry and while she was traveling and living in a self-sustainable community. During the pandemic, she spent a season farming in Lennox, South Dakota, and she was hooked. After a year of farming here in Central Texas, Noaam is excited to start her own farm- Mud Nap Farm.
